The successful candidate will have proven administration abilities working in a busy and fast paced environment.
The role requires a high level of attention to detail whilst being able to work to prescribed deadlines, demonstrating a high level of productivity.
Working within a small but capable team, you will be responsible for logging inbound enquiries and complaints. This will involve evaluating the communications to ensure proper classification, ensuring accurate details are captured and that the correct regulatory timelines are followed.
The role will also involve acknowledging the inbound communication, updating customer records correctly and in some cases responding to enquiries.
